Society Protocol Season 3 06
Brain Terror
Pastor Branson was the most important figure who brought all these weapons to the Million Salvationist Church.
Therefore, there are no secrets he does not know.
He has access to any location.
Of course, the same applied to the place where the blueprints for the most important weapon were kept.
Pastor Branson began transferring files onto a USB drive.
Since it was not a professional electronics research lab,
there were no security measures in place for the files.
Nor were there any CCTVs installed to monitor himself.
As he transferred the files, Pastor Branson began to feel nervous.
He had to choose between killing nearly 8 billion people and killing a million.
The people here were likely the kindest and most obedient people of all time.
Pastor Branson had encountered all kinds of people in society since childhood.
And he had seen the sins committed by humans through the news.
Humans had not been able to completely erase their animal instincts.
Therefore, society had to control them. They had to teach how to curb animalistic desires and how to be obedient.
This became religion.
The more barren the environment, the stronger the intensity of this religion becomes.
In paradise-like places where fruit hangs down everywhere and fish are caught simply by casting a net into the sea,
they hold festivals and parties to give thanks to God.
However, in places surrounded by deserts or high mountains,
religion inevitably arises and hearts deepen.
This is because religion is the only place to rely on.
When men join the military, the number of men engaging in religious activities increases.
This is because while religion signifies a kind of shackle or wall in society,
in a confined environment, religion actually signifies liberation.
Branson had finally stolen the circuit diagrams. Now he had to find a way to get them out.
Everyone was on edge because D-Day was imminent.
However, there seemed to be no one to control Branson.
The problem was Jackson.
If Pastor Jackson stopped him, Branson would not be able to act as he pleased.
So, Pastor Branson went to the room where Jackson was.
Jackson appeared to be looking at a map of the United States, searching for a way to attack.
“Jackson, I have something to tell you. Do you have time?”
“Of course, Pastor. Please come in.”
Branson sat on the sofa. Pastor Jackson poured coffee and handed it to Pastor Branson.
‘If all humans die, there will be no coffee. No coffee pot either.’
Now, Pastor Branson was feeling skeptical about everything.
He tried to put on the best possible expression so that it wouldn't show on his face.
Jackson sat and waited until Branson spoke. Pastor Branson spoke up.
“I am actually a member of the SS.”
Jackson sipped his coffee, his gaze fixed only on Pastor Branson.
“I plan to return this time to gauge their movements in advance. It will be helpful to know beforehand how much they know and what preparations they are making.”
Jackson put down his coffee.
“Pastor, it will be dangerous for you to go this time. They are watching us and likely know that we are building something. In fact, they might even use you for torture to extract information from us.”
Branson smiled slightly.
“They don’t use torture, and there is absolutely no need for them to. We just need to hand over some of what we have, and I will take some of what they have. There will surely be something useful, like the angel’s trumpet, which is our greatest weapon.”
Jackson thought for a moment.
“What kind of example would that be?”
Pastor Branson began to explain what he had prepared.
“They have a supercomputer. We don’t know its exact location, but it is known to be roughly in Washington State. I think it is most likely Seattle.
I will go and find out how to use that computer remotely and bring it back.”
Pastor Jackson stared intently at Pastor Branson.
‘There is definitely something going on. There is a change of heart.’
It was then. An angel suddenly appeared before the two of them.
“Send him.” Jackson was about to ask for the reason, but the angel vanished immediately.
Branson was surprised. He felt as though the angel had been continuously monitoring him.
If so, it would be right to stop him this time. However, the angel told him to let him go.
Branson became certain of his suspicions.
‘He is trying to kill both of us. He intends to make us fight each other to eliminate both of us.’
Jackson found it difficult to find a reason to stop him, but the trust Pastor Branson had built up over the years, combined with the angel’s single remark, served as the decisive trigger.
“I hope you return safely and in good health.”
Jackson was quick to make decisions once he had a thought in mind.
In a way, Branson felt that Jackson was the type of leader most suited for wartime.
Pastor Branson's plan was as follows:
He would deliver the blueprints to the SS and the encryption key for the supercomputer in Seattle to MS.
Then, he would borrow an SS plane and hide away with his family in the jungles of the Amazon or Southeast Asia.
He did not expect to be welcomed, though.
Since he could play a musical instrument, he imagined that he could get along well with the indigenous people, just like in the movie The Mission.
Having spent his youth as a hippie, such a natural life was something he had longed for since childhood.
Above all, he wanted his name to be removed from this wretched massacre as much as possible.
Jackson hired an armed pickup truck to escort Pastor Branson to Reno Tahoe Airport.
Watching the pickup truck leave the airport, Pastor Branson turned on his phone. “It is me. The blueprints are in my hands.”
Pastor Branson flew directly to Seattle aboard a plane provided by an SS member.
The blueprints Pastor Branson took with him were from the early days.
There was absolutely no reason for Pastor Jackson to possess the entire blueprints.
Pastor Branson hadn't considered that point. However, he was acknowledging the possibility that it might be true.
After all, the organization was a place filled with individuals capable of figuring out vast amounts of information with just a few hints.
What Pastor Branson wanted to convey was not simply that he should hand over the blueprints to aid in defense.
He wanted to explain the reason God had sent the angel and the plan to annihilate both organizations.
After Branson left, Jackson realized that time was running out.
This was not a matter of trusting Pastor Branson or not.
If he knew almost all the information here, he might possess specific files as well.
And the fact that an angel appeared and sent him must have a significant purpose.
However, Jackson himself had to do his job. So, we will start special operations right before starting a large-scale all-out war.
Jackson took a notebook out of his drawer.
The cover read, "Joshua, son of Nun."
On the first page, a Bible verse was written.
"Be strong and courageous. You are the one who will take possession of the land I swore to give to the ancestors of this people and divide it among them." Joshua 1:6.
Operation Plan Chapter 1 was rear disruption.
At that moment, Jackson's message was transmitted to all MS branches around the world.
The leaders of each branch received Jackson's message and wrote it down.
The plan was to use Function 7 to launch an operation at key locations within the city.
It was sooner than expected, but it was a day that was bound to come.
Although time zones existed in all countries, including Korea, they would set critical target points and launch a surprise attack.
Agents selected in advance were already standing by across the United States.
Approximately 250 agents, five from each region, were already lying in ambush in major cities across the states, preparing for the operation. Only the selected agents, Reverend Jackson, and Colonel James, who had military experience, knew this fact.
It just so happened that this day was a Sunday.
There were designated targets for each day of the week.
Globally, there were specific targets set for each date, tailored to the environment of each region.
The operation was to begin in the United States first.
Because communication limitations and time lags could occur between countries,
the United States, where news could be checked from anywhere in the world, became the starting point.
Jackson notified Colonel James of the commencement of the operation.
James sent mass text messages announcing the operation to the smartphones of the designated members.
The message read as follows:
Number 7, Sunday, Sodom.
This alone provided no information.
However, the parties involved all understood.
About the terrible events that were about to unfold.
They all changed into the pre-prepared uniforms. They put on their helmets.
The helmets and uniforms were not blue with white crosses.
It was like an image planted in the enemies beforehand.
The uniforms and colors varied according to the situation and region.
Because this was the most dangerous mission, it began with elite agents composed of the believers who were mentally and physically strongest.
After two pickup trucks stopped, five men appeared carrying large containers on their backs that looked like something seen on aliens.
They held massive cylindrical antennas in both hands, with handles attached to the top of the cylinders.
In other words, if you reached out, it looked like a stove chimney attached to each arm underneath.
On the handles, there was something resembling a dial that could be turned with the right hand.
It looked like something attached to a combination lock.
Numbers were written on the dial.
They moved slowly.
A security guard stopped them at the entrance. The elite agents' dials were set to 10.
They aimed the cylindrical antenna at the security guard and pressed the button on the handle.
The security guard stopped breathing and collapsed.
He was the first victim.
They entered the entrance, eliminating the security guards in sight one by one.
This weapon made no sound and emitted no light.
There was no shock and no vibration.
No one knew.
Once inside, the agents divided into five groups as pre-arranged and began entering the entrance.
The building had many passageways.
They divided into four groups—north, south, east, and west—with one agent assigned to each, and the remaining agent was assigned to the VIPs.
The agents set their dials to 7. Then, they began walking slowly.
The attack was to begin exactly five minutes later.
This was a dangerous operation if they did not start simultaneously.
They began walking slowly toward their designated targets.
This was a stadium where American football was being played. News began to spread across the globe.
The news reported that riots and brawls were breaking out among people in American football stadiums, stadiums, and theaters.
As that news was broadcast worldwide, similar riots and brawls erupted in major cities around the globe.
Some set fires and killed one another.
In an instant, crowded places in every major city around the world had turned into absolute chaos.
