Blueprints for the components were distributed to all MS branches.

Most of the products were to be replaced by standard smartphones.

The development of the applications for the smartphones was carried out by the India branch.

They were not known exactly what they were.

It was simply an application that controlled numbers.

Each number had a designated frequency and direction, but the details were unknown.

Although they did not know what it was, it was not very difficult to manufacture.

Controlling the motors was assigned to the Europe branch.

They were also not known what those motors were.

However, the motors operated when a specific signal was received.

The antennas were made by the Japan branch.

Although few in number, their followers existed in Japan as well.

Blueprints for the shape of the helmets were distributed to Korea.

The Korea branch purchased motorcycle helmets in bulk, bent wire mesh to cover the inside,

and finished the interior with styrofoam.

The helmet was manufactured at a prayer retreat in Gangwon Province, and although the believers did not know what it was,

they gathered, sat around, and began the work of attaching styrofoam to the inside of the helmets with glue.

They were to be exported worldwide, with the remainder kept to match the number of believers in Korea.

The Australian branch manufactured a motor-driven device that could be mounted on an airplane.

Because it resembled the mechanism used to control a pesticide spraying hose,

no one could have imagined that it would become a weapon.

In the United States, used airplanes used for spraying pesticides were being purchased and transported one by one.

Faithful members holding pilot's licenses began teaching young men how to fly.

And for the men, including those who had experience using firearms, training began to take out guns prepared underground and hit targets.

It appeared as though full-scale military training was beginning.

Members of the SS were watching them train with guns via satellite.

However, such things posed no threat whatsoever.

They were merely watching.

This was because it was a ragtag army that they could wipe out with their own fighter jets at any time.

However, continuous surveillance was being carried out.

Because they believed everything would be exposed to the enemy,

direct product testing was conducted underground.

A variety of parts manufactured at branches around the world began arriving in the United States, one by one.

They were nothing more than ordinary mechanical devices and electronic equipment.

There were video game consoles and things like high-pressure vacuum cleaners that sprayed water. Generally, most of the items were things easily available to anyone,

and there were items like bolts and nuts ordered in bulk from factories in China.

The only unusual thing was the bulk ordering of mobile phone batteries.

Additionally, some batteries used in electric vehicles were imported and delivered to the US branch.

Circuit diagrams were delivered to a Chinese PCB manufacturing company, and they mass-produced the PCBs,

and delivered them to an electronics assembly plant in China.

At the assembly plant, the items were packaged in boxes under the name "ECG monitors" and exported to the United States.

To anyone, it looked like medical electronic equipment.

The only difference was that resistance could be adjusted with a round switch,

and the light on the attached LED bulb would change when the resistance was adjusted.

Finally, everything was assembled at the US branch.

Now, boxes of helmets imported from Korea were stacked in the chapel,

and the app made in India had been updated so that anyone could download it from the website.

Power cables and signal cables were also ordered in bulk from China.

At the US branch, believers gathered to connect the cables and batteries.

Then, after the equipment from Australia was updated with computer programs,

it began to be installed one by one on the pesticide-spraying aircraft.

The surface of the aircraft was covered with wire mesh, and that mesh was connected to the batteries inside the plane.

They were not activated with a mobile carrier.

They had an earphone jack, and that jack was connected to the helmet.

Then, when the smartphone was operated, a minute current flowed through the helmet.

These were old-model smartphones with batteries that were designed to be easily detachable.

This was because the battery had to be replaced immediately when it ran out. The electrocardiogram (ECG) monitors assembled in China were distributed to MS chapters worldwide.

They all looked like ordinary medical equipment.

The number of such devices produced reached one million.

One million helmets, one million ECG monitors,

and one million antennas shaped like spheres with rounded heads, made in Japan, were also completed.

These, too, were transported to MS chapters around the world.

Orders were issued for each chapter to order used four-wheel drive pickup trucks.

A large order for automotive cover film was placed with a factory in China.

White crosses were drawn on the front, back, and sides of the blue film.

To anyone looking at it, it simply appeared to be a promotional automotive film for the church.

However, that film was slightly different from ordinary automotive film.

A circuit designed like a wire mesh using thin FPCBs was attached beneath the film.

To an outsider, it would have looked like a kind of protective device intended to increase the film's strength.

The film was distributed to MS branches around the world.

It was designed to be usable not only on pickup trucks but also on regular passenger cars and large vans.

Since every vehicle had a different shape, the pieces had to be joined together.

At the joints, circuits made of FPCB had to be soldered to connect them.

Checking the connection was simple.

Since the cross section was composed of LEDs,

operation could be verified by connecting a battery and checking if the light came on.

To an outsider, it would simply look like an advertising board made by attaching LED lights to a church vehicle,

so that the cross could be seen at night.

When mounted on a vehicle, the white cross on a blue background lit up, which looked reasonably presentable.

The white cross shone even brighter at night.

The assembly of the weapon was thus roughly completed. A combination of an individual-issued electrocardiogram device and a smartphone, along with a helmet.

Everything was named "Angel's Trumpet."

MS believers around the world began traveling in vehicles covered in blue film and featuring illuminated white crosses, wearing white helmets and black, old-fashioned smartphones on their waists.

They always wore that attire.

At first, passersby looked at them strangely and worried, but after a few weeks of this, it became just an ordinary sight.

This was because they were not much different from people delivering food on motorcycles.

They completed all preparations.

Their colors were white and blue.

To be precise, the helmets and crosses were white, while the rest of their clothes and vehicles were blue.

The airplanes were the same.

They also owned ships.

The exteriors of those ships were also wrapped in film imported from China.

That white cross became their symbol. Passersby sometimes looked at them with disgust, but

because they resembled the heroes of the past who used to appear in groups of about five fighting monsters,

they were not greatly afraid or attacked.

They were simply accepted as a part of everyday life.

Min-hyuk now began his training as a member of the SS in earnest.

A large, fish-tank-like object named an "incubator" was delivered from headquarters.

The incubator was installed in the middle of the living room of the company-provided quarters.

If someone were to run a faucet from the bathroom and connect it, anyone would have thought it was just a transparent bathtub.

However, the difference was that it was about 1.5 meters tall, square, made of glass, and had a black plate floor.

The usage was relatively simple.

The user pulls the attached hose and connects the incubator to the faucet.

Then, they connect another hose and drag it to the bathroom, just like a washing machine's drain hose.

Then, they connect the attached mask to the groove at the top of the incubator and the hose.

When activated with the switch on the outside, water begins to slowly fill up from the bottom.

The glass was quite thick, about 3 cm.

Therefore, it was no ordinary weight. On top of that, as water began to fill it, it would become incredibly heavy.

The water passed through an internal container and began to fill the transparent fish tank.

Then, a light green hue appeared.

When it was about halfway full, the water supply stopped automatically.

Then, all one had to do was put on the mask connected to the inside and step inside.

The mask covered only the mouth and nose, leaving the eyes uncovered.

It was similar to the oxygen masks placed on patients in hospitals,

the only difference being that it was slightly larger and a bit thicker.

Min-hyuk entered the incubator, put on the mask, and sat down.

After a while, his energy slowly drained away, and his body began to float.

As Min-hyuk's body floated, water began to automatically fill the deficient areas.

Inside, small lights began to illuminate Min-hyuk's body.

Then, the speed began to increase.

Min-hyuk entered a sleep state and fell asleep inside. After a few hours, the color of the water began to change little by little.

Once the water became completely transparent, the sound of the pump operating automatically was heard, and it began to drain slowly.

As the water gradually drained away while he was asleep, Minhyuk soon hit the floor while bent over.

And then he woke up.

When he opened his eyes, everything in front of him appeared yellow, as if yellow water was still lingering.

However, he soon began to see clearly again.

It seemed as though some of this water had entered his mouth as well.

But he could not taste it.

He tried to take off his mask and get out.

When he entered from the outside, there was a stepping stone so he could walk into the water, but

there was no stepping stone inside the incubator.

“Did they stop designing halfway through?”

Min-hyuk suddenly thought that the way out was unclear.

He tried to lift his legs and climb over a wall.

At that moment, his legs straightened out completely.

He felt a change in his body.

He thought about grabbing with his hands to try and climb over, but his feet felt too light.

For some reason, he felt like he could jump over it.

Min-hyuk laughed inwardly, but he tried to jump lightly in place.

And in an instant, his body soared more than two meters high.

If he hadn't been hunched over, he would have hit his head on the ceiling.

His body had changed.

He lightly hopped forward with very little strength and stepped out of the incubator.

He had absolutely no idea how on earth this had happened, but he dragged his transformed body to the bathroom.

He couldn't feel the temperature of the water changing.
