Supercomputer

There was a specific reason why the U.S. headquarters of the SS, an organization known as the Smart Serpent, was located in San Francisco, and why the DS, an organization called the descendants of the serpent, was located in Seattle.

San Francisco was a major hub of Silicon Valley, and Seattle was the headquarters of a massive software company.

And situated roughly halfway between San Francisco and Seattle was Oregon, a semiconductor manufacturing hub.

This was tantamount to representing the role of the United States in the most critical aspects of human technological development.

A few hours south of San Francisco lay Hollywood, where the United States dominates the world.

That place clearly demonstrates that the difference between humans and animals begins with the use of tools.

The smartphone used by a female middle school student today likely has better performance than the computer used to send humans to the moon.

This was precisely human technological progress and innovation.

Generally, all technology was already developed and prepared before it was used by the general public.

Its emergence into the world was simply a matter of timing. All communication technologies had already been used in weapons, and the incredibly expensive products and technologies used in such war weapons were being mass-produced to lower their prices and become accessible to the general public.

Therefore, it can be said that the performance of the computers we use today is equivalent to those that appeared in the world several years ago.

If so, the most advanced computer in the world today will become accessible to the general public in a few years.

Therefore, the most advanced computer currently exists somewhere—the very computer that will be released in a few years.

That computer was located at the DS headquarters in Seattle.

DS stood for Descendants of Serpent.

No one uses that term.

One can simply consider this as a difference in markings indicating that while the SS and DS are closely related, they are distinct organizations.

The Serpent was regarded as the most important figure in the SS.

In the DS, he was literally the father.

Therefore, the DS can be viewed as an organization composed of the Serpent's family.

An organization formed by the children raised with the highest education by the Serpent, who had fathered diverse offspring through the world's most outstanding women.

Their top priority was to understand the system created by God.

Various systems existed on Earth.

It continuously rotated, and the surface of the Earth kept moving.

Air and ocean currents moved, and lava continuously rose to the surface.

Water turned into steam, then became clouds that moved, and finally turned into rain that poured back down to the earth.

This system created by God was something that no one could imagine or replicate. And as life is born globally, most possessed a sex.

While there were some organisms whose sex changed wildly, for the majority, that sex was fixed as either female or male.

A kind of balance is maintained in this as well.

It is not the case that only females or only males appear in large numbers.

In the case of humans, there are instances where there are more men or more women in a nation.

This is because humans have attempted to control those numbers on their own.

However, even that remains in parallel when viewed from a global perspective.

Let us look at the birth of life.

When observing the process where an invisible sperm combines with an egg to become a giant human being,

it was as if all the basic information was contained within that tiny seed and transported within it.

Even from the perspective of that clever serpent, one cannot help but marvel at the flow of the atmosphere and gravity,

and the birth of life and the development of its genes.

God created this great world, and that world allowed not a single error.

If the Earth were to rotate not once a day, but two, three, or even just half a turn,

no one knows what would happen.

And let us look at the sun rising every morning.

It is impossible for it to rise one day and not rise the next.

This signifies that God's system is perfect.

A perfect system without a single millimeter of error.

The serpent always thought.

He could neither create such a system nor possess the ability to operate it. It merely harbored the desire to seize the world created by God.

This was just like the jealousy felt by a second-in-command standing beside a genius writer or musician who has created something.

Even the Serpent did not fully understand the system.

It simply did not like God’s sadistic nature and his attempt to control the entire universe.

It sought to figure this out through human wisdom and their advancement.

That was precisely the supercomputer.

The supercomputer, built with all of human wisdom, had the function of understanding God's system and telling it what action it would take next.

The weather was the top priority.

Although the weather seemed to change suddenly, everything had a basis, and omens appeared before it began.

It was similar to observing a seed and predicting what it would become when it grew.

They determined the movement of fish through ocean currents.

They could also observe the movement of tides.

Every animal has a reason for its existence.

It was just like bees working to obtain honey, and as a result, flowers bear fruit.

Every action of animals influenced the Earth's system in itself.

Let's take the example of herbivores.

It was no big deal for Thomson's gazelles or herds of giant buffalo to unite and kill a lion.

They had horns and powerful hind kicks.

And their numbers were vastly greater than those of the lion. However, none of them even thought of fighting back against the lions to drive them out of their territory.

All they did was live day by day hoping not to die.

That, too, was a kind of system created by God.

Obeying the strong.

Becoming food for the strong.

God did not grant equality.

He gave everyone differences.

God absolutely did not want a specific type of life form to possess everything and multiply.

So, it always created a top predator.

When the grass grew, it created herbivores to eat it.

When the herbivores increased, fearing that all the grass would disappear, it created carnivores.

When the carnivores increased, it created carnivores even stronger than them.

Those carnivores eventually died from bacteria and viruses.

Their carcasses became fertilizer, and plants grew there again.

This is how the system was designed to go in a cycle.

But what about humans? They destroyed the entire system of the world.

They cultivated grass and raised animals.

They created weapons and joined forces to defeat carnivores far more powerful than themselves.

This was something that could not exist in God's system.

God hated the increase in the number of humans.

He loved all the stars and life forms, including humans, but the increase in their numbers was a nightmare. Humans were like a tumor on the Earth.

They dug up the land, drove out the plants, fungi, and animals living there,

created their own territories, and built structures.

They made the rivers, which everyone should share, available for their own use.

And they brought up resources that should have remained buried underground to create self-moving things.

Riding on them, they exceeded the limits of their own capabilities and conquered the entire Earth.

Now the Earth is sick. It may never recover.

God has used various methods from the very beginning until now to drive humans off the Earth.

He caused earthquakes to destroy the tumor-like houses they had built,

and poured down rain to wash them away.

He tried to eliminate humans with the heat and ash from erupting volcanoes.

However, humans survived to the very end.

As a last resort, God tried to make humans disappear by having microorganisms do it.

It worked to some extent at first, but humans created vaccines and built increasingly stronger bodies.

God transformed the microorganisms into even stronger forms, but eventually felt the limits of annihilating humanity.

So, he made humans fight among themselves.

If resources became limited, humans would inevitably fight each other.

God incited humans to kill one another.

As God intended, the human population decreased.

However, the humans who survived the war became even smarter and stronger. And they became even more cruel.

Judgments became faster, and actions became faster.

They shortened time to the absolute minimum to create something.

The more severe the war, the more human technology and wisdom advanced.

God no longer started wars.

This was because the wars started to eliminate humans had instead turned them into a threat.

So, God began to gradually change the environment of the world where humans lived.

He altered the temperature and made the atmosphere unstable.

Sea levels would rise, and air quality would become polluted.

However, the speed of human adaptation was much faster than the speed of those changes.

This was because there was something among humans that sensed God's will in advance.

Initially, it was passed down to humans in the form of astrology or divination.

Humans perceived changes in the world by observing the stars.

They studied the movements of the sun and stars, and through this, came to understand the system by which the world's environment changes.

This has now been replaced by modern computers.

This supercomputer was designed to predict the system created by God in advance and respond accordingly.

If war was about to break out, it would co-opt disgruntled humans beforehand and quell them by offering them benefits.

If a riot was about to occur, it would detect them in advance and either physically subdue them or

incapacitate them by intoxicating them with drugs or religion.

If a virus spread, it would run various simulations on the computer to find a way to defeat it.

Such a supercomputer existed in Seattle.

Now, that supercomputer has sent out several warning signals. One of them was urgent but had a relatively low level of danger,

and the other was a tremendous threat but still had some time.

The supercomputer attempted to prioritize and respond to the two.

Therefore, they intended to prioritize the method to stop God's next operation, which was a tremendous threat but still had some time.

To this end, they were using the supercomputer to develop a new rocket system capable of advancing into space.

A total of 100 of these rockets had to be prepared, 99 of which were to be weapons.

They possessed explosive power unlike anything ever seen in the world.

And the one that would not be used as a weapon was a device intended to send into space as a seed that could store the genetic map of all life on Earth—much like sperm—and revive it later.

The name of that rocket was Noah.
